July Is Jammin' with Fun Events in San Juan
Do your summer plans include a trip to the fabulous island of Puerto Rico? If so, you’re in luck, because the city of San Juan is jam-packed with fun things to do this July. Check out these events that will be taking place throughout the entire month.
At the very start of the month, the Aibonito Flower Festival will be taking place right here in our backyard. This is the largest plant show and sale on the entire island and you can even purchase a tropical plant to bring home with you. (July 1 – July 7)
- Right after the floral wonderland, is a beach bum's dream celebration—Festival de la Hamaca. This Fest is all about hand-woven hammocks and the local artisans that create them. (July 5 – July 7)
- We celebrate Independence Day in Puerto Rico on the 4th of July. Enjoy local food and fireworks all across the island.
- Island Mojo Festival is easily one of the most important festivals that happen over the course of July—Eat your way through San Juan during this food-filled fest. (July 19 – July 21)
